About the Role:

Team Leads are dynamic sales floor leaders who embody our company values and inspire excellence in our retail locations. They lead by example as player-coaches, driving actions with thoughtfulness and strategy while solving challenges and making impactful decisions. Team Leads set the tone for creating an exceptional customer experience that consistently wows and delights. In partnership with store management, they mentor and develop budtenders and staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Team Lead Responsibilities:

• Act in a professional manner while facilitating sales and ensuring exceptional customer service
• Delegate tasks throughout the team to ensure business is running efficiently and effectively
• Deploy team members to the proper area in store prioritizing customer needs
• Empower team members to do the right thing, making customer satisfaction the priority
• Proactively give feedback in a constructive manner to help team prosper
• Give breaks and lunches to comply with state and federal guidelines
• Follow all local, state, and BCC regulations
• Help develop team members by setting goals as well as meeting with the team regularly

Team Lead Requirements:

• Previous leadership experience in a fast paced retail environment preferred
• Outstanding customer service & communication skills 
• Attention to detail & multi-tasked oriented 
• Drive to go above and beyond for your customers and team
• Available to work weekends
• Available to work 32+ hours a week
